Q1. What is the time of delivery ?
Lunch will be delivered from 10:00am to 1:00pm and dinner, from 3:30 to 7:00pm.

Q2. What kind of utensil is being used ?
Two bags are allocated to each customer. Please be reminded the thermal bags are to be returned to our delivery personnel on a daily basis.

Q3 Can I opt to replace some of the dishes ?
Yes, you can choose to replace the dishes in the menu. Please indicate your requirement on the order form so that we can customize the menu to serve you better.

Q4. How do I make reservation ?
Please complete the order form online or mail a completed (duly signed) order confirmation form together with a deposit of the selected package. An order confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the order form & deposit.

Q5. When should I place the order booking ?
We strongly encourage customer to place the order at least 4 weeks before your EDD so as to take advantage of our Early Bird’s Discount.

Q6. But my due date is only an estimate. What happens if I deliver much earlier or later ?
Once your have a confirmed booking, we will deliver the meal upon your request, even if it is much earlier or later than the expected due date.

Q7. How do I activate the service delivery ?
Please contact us at 6755 4747 one day in advance between 9am to 4pm.

Q8. When is the balance payment collected ?
Balance payment is to be made on the 1st day of delivery. We reserve the right to terminate the service if payment is not paid on time.

Q9. What happens if I change my mind after booking ?
The deposit will be forfeited. The deposit cannot be offset against our other services. Once the order is cancelled, it cannot be re-instated.

Q10. What happens if I wish to pre-terminate the service halfway through the course ?
Customer must contact us at 6755 4747 one working day in advance before 4pm. The last meal of service will be served on the next working day ( depending on the package selection ). Each consumed meal will be pro-rated @ $30 and an administrative fee of $50 will be imposed.

Q11. Can I choose to upgrade or downgrade my package subsequently ?
For upgrading, customer must top up the difference between the existing and new package price ( without the early bird discount ).
For downgrading, each consumed meals and remaining meals will be charged @ $30 and an administrative charge of $50 will also be imposed. Any early bird or promotional  discount will not be applicable.

Q12. How do I cancel my meal ?
Customer must contact us at 6755 4747 one working day in advance before 4pm. All cancelled meals will be replaced and no cash refund is allowed.
